If you ordered the wrong size on accident, it's ok. We get it. It happens. We are happy to cover the cost of shipping from San Diego to your address to send you the correct size. However, we will first need for you to send us the item(s) back that are the wrong size, and you will need to pay for the shipping to get it back to us. Once we receive your return, we will send you the correct size, for free! Yay!
All sale & discounted items are final sale, which means they cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you have multiple returns it is preferred that you ship them in one box instead of multiple boxes so we can process your request faster.
If you are returning a ring, please put it in a little box so it doesn't get smushed and destroyed in transit
