RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns & exchanges must be new with tags and re-sellable condition to qualify.

All sales items are final, which means they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please do not mail anything to this in person address.

To return or exchange in person, you can stop by Calypso Collective anytime during their normal business hours at:

When returning item(s) to Calypso Collective please email us at support@piyogapants.com before you return items in person. While dropping off the items at Calypso Collective, get a receipt from the cashier confirming:

  1. What exactly was dropped off
  2. Date/time the item(s) was dropped off
  3. Name of employee at Caylpso Collection & their signature

Take a photo of this receipt with the store in the background and email it to support@piyogapants.com and make sure to cc dawn@calypsocollective.com as final confirmation of return. Refunds will not be issued if a receipt is not submitted.

Once we receive the email confirmation we will be in touch with you about your refund. Please understand, Calypso Collective will not give you the refund.

If you want to exchange item(s) at Calypso Collective you can exchange your pants for another pair of pants at equal value. Kids pants can not be exchanged for adult pants.
