How to Submit an Exchange or Return

SALE ITEMS

All sale & discounted items are final sale, which means they cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

 

Note:

If you are local to San Diego or Los Angeles you can just come by any market that we sell at to return or exchange your purchase. You can see a list of weekly markets that we attend by clicking here.

 

EXCHANGES

  1. Exchanged items must be in NEW condition with TAGS, ready to resell.

  2. Exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

  3. When exchanging product, take a photo of the post office drop off receipt and email it to us so we can track your return. Please email your drop off receipt and tracking number to support@piyogapants.com. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail if you do not provide a photo confirming your receipt of drop off that has a tracking number.

  4. In your Exchange package, please include a piece of paper with your answers to the form below, including your order #, name, email, if you would like a return or exchange, and if it's an exchange, what you would like instead, if a return, let us know why you are returning so we can continue to improve our products. Please do this as it helps to expedite the return/exchange process.

  5. Once we receive the Exchange, our team will inspect the Exchange to confirm it is in new condition, with tags, ready to resell. If it passes, the exchange will be processed within 3-21 days after we receive your Exchange.

  6. To start your Exchange, please complete the form below.

 

RETURNS

  1. Returned items must be in NEW condition with TAGS, ready to resell.

  2. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase to be issued a full refund.

  3. When returning a product, take a photo of the post office drop off receipt and email it to us so we can track your return.   4.
