• Fit - Flawless, wireless, crisscross back, supportive strappy yoga top with no padding inserts.  Its four thin shoulder straps can reduce shoulder pressure and offers more freedom for you to twist comfortably in yoga and to simply allow you to move with more ease with your day to day movements.
  
• Sizing - The front of the bra stretches to fit your cup size. The lower, base elastic band is the support band so we want to make sure that fit's comfortably. We recommend going off your bra band size rather than your cup size:
  XS = 30 bra band
  S = 32 bra band
  M = 34 bra band
  L = 36 bra band
  XL = 38 bra band
  XXL = 40 bra band
  
• Support Level - You will perform, look and feel your best during light work outs, while practicing yoga, meditating or engaging in your favorite light sports activity. Women with smaller cup sizes can use the bra comfortably for running. Don't worry, this bra was designed for yoga, so no- there will not be any nip-slips while you're in downward dog!
