Are you local to San Diego or Los Angeles? We have pop ups every week all around these two cities. If you ordered the wrong size on accident, it's ok. We get it. It happens. We are happy to cover the cost of shipping from San Diego to your address to send you the correct size. However, we will first need for you to send us the item(s) back that are the wrong size, and you will need to pay for the shipping to get it back to us. Once we receive your return, we will send you the correct size, for free! Yay!

 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

  1. Items must be in NEW condition with TAGS, ready to resell.

  2. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept international returns. Items post marked between 30-45 days of purchase will only be issued store credit. No exceptions.

  3. In your package, please include a note with the following information or we will not be able to process your request:
      • Order #:
      • Name:
      • Email:
      • Phone #:
      • Would you like to do a return or exchange?
      • What would you like to return?
      • What would you like to exchange and what would you like instead?
      • What is the reason for the return?
    4. When dropping off the package at the post office please take a photo of the receipt with the tracking # and email it to support@piyogapants.com so we can track your return.

    5. All returns and exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days because we only pick up returns from the PO box once a week. Once we receive the package, our team will inspect the item(s) to confirm they are in new condition, with tags, ready to resell. If it passes, you can expect to receive your refund within 3-7 business days after the return has been processed. Exchanges are processed within 2-5 business days of receiving the package.

     

    All sale & discounted items are final sale, which means they cannot be returned or exchanged. 

    If you have multiple returns it is preferred that you ship them in one box instead of multiple boxes so we can process your request faster.

    If you are returning a ring, please put it in a little box so it doesn't get smushed and destroyed in transit

    Our return address is different depending on which shipping service you use because UPS doesn't recognize PO boxes. However, you can use the address below for UPS and FedEx. For regular USPS mail, see the address at the bottom.
